How Does it Work?

Email, call or text us a description of your problem. We'll create a support ticket and get your issue fixed quick!

What can I get fixed?

Computers, phones, tablets, home entertainment equipment, smart devices, home wifi/internet/networking, and probably anything else you are having a problem with.

What's it cost?
  • If we can fix it online, the cost is $25.
  • If it takes a phone call to fix it, it's $50.
  • If the problem requires a home visit, it's around $150
    depending on the issue and the amount of time.
  • If we can't fix it? There's no charge.
